The Meeting:

Ms. Sayali Ingawale thanked the ambassador for accommodating to meet with her though she was late almost by 30 minutes and started briefing HE about her company “Crescendo Worldwide”

HE welcomed the VP and offered all assistance

Ms. Sayali Ingawale responded that she has a list of 100 plus Indian companies who are looking to expand their business and that they are eying UAE as a destination to expand their global outreach. She requested if an event could be organized to brief these investors about the future prospects of investing in UAE, provide the required information, point of contacts and to address their queries

HE appreciated her thought on organizing the event and the willingness to work with them directly / through commercial attaché subject to availability of the time. HE also suggested that they can a send us a note for any specific query related to potential investors planning and the embassy would do the needful to expedite the process and help in resolving the query.

Ms. Sayali Ingawale mentioned that there is a chemical company, which wants to invest in UAE’s free zone, for which she has sent some queries to the specific Free zone. However, there is a delay in response.

HE mentioned that the chemical sector is reserved for UAE based companies. However, they could send in the details and we will check for the possibilities with the concerned authorities for its feasibility. HE also mentioned to them that he is willing to meet the head of business, the decision makers of the big companies who are actual potential investors in UAE, having a business plan, which supplements their intention.

Ms. Sayali Ingawale responded that the 100 plus companies, which she had mentioned initially, are potential investors who are keen in investing in UAE as they have done the background verification of these companies.

HE asked her to share the details of such potential investors and expressed the willingness to meet with decision makers of the big investors and be part of the event, which will impart the required information to them. HE asked her to share the details, with his office and commercial attaché, to take the things further and with this, they concluded their meeting.
