Key Points by His Excellency

1. It needs further discussion with the Chairman of the FICCI’s forum of Parliamentarians Mr. Bhupendra Yadav.

2. Only Indian parliamentarians should be the member of that body which deal with the UAE so that the body should not be considered as a lobbyist group for the UAE.

4. The body should provide felicitations for the UAE delegates.

5. A proper name should be designed for the body.

6. UAE also have such parliamentarian bodies in UK and US, which are called friends of the UAE, so that the FICCI can adopt a suitable name with further discussions.

Conclusion
The meeting concluded with Ms. Jyotsna Suri appraising H.E. that the Forum will have very limited 8-10 members and a meeting of Ambassador with Mr. Bhupendra Yadav, the Chairman of the FICCI’s forum of Parliamentarians will be scheduled for middle of next month (February 15 onwards) for further discussions and Ambassador’s office will be communicated formally when the meeting will be finalised.
